Delivery
All products sold on digiplexa.store are digital downloads. Nothing is shipped. Download links appear on the order confirmation page as soon as payment is complete and are also sent to the email address you give at checkout. Your links do not expire, and you can find them any time under My account → Downloads if you created an account.
Books marked “Buy on Amazon” are sold and delivered by Amazon, and Amazon’s own policies apply to those purchases.
Refunds
If a file will not download or open, or the product is not as described, email hello@digiplexa.store within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will send a working file or give you a full refund to your original payment method.
Because downloads cannot be returned, we do not usually refund a purchase simply because you changed your mind after downloading, but please write to us anyway; we review every request.
Approved refunds are issued within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
